Can you run more than one exit node on a single IP?
Each node must be linked to a different IP address, so unless you have multiple routers, each with their own IP and node linked to it, it's not possible.
How many nodes does Tor use?
Tor circuits are always 3 nodes. Increasing the length of the circuit does not create better anonymity.
How many Tor exit nodes are there?
Currently, there are eight directory authority nodes, and their health is publicly monitored. The IP addresses of the authority nodes are hard coded into each Tor client. The authority nodes vote every hour to update the consensus, and clients download the most recent consensus on startup.
Should you run a Tor exit node?
While the EFF believes running a Tor "exit node is legal," its Tor Challenge stated, "Exit relays raise special concerns because the traffic that exits from them can be traced back to the relay's IP address." Furthermore, the EFF does not recommend running an exit relay from your home, since it's realistic that someone ...
Can you have multiple nodes on one computer?
This article explains why multiple Gala Nodes cannot be run on a single computer. When a person purchases multiple licenses and operates the Gala Node software, they will need to have the same number of machines available as they have licenses. One computer per node is required to help run the network and earn rewards.
Can you run multiple nodes?
You can run multiple storage nodes but preferably, you should make sure each will be run in a different physical location and IP. Please note that running multiple nodes is currently not officially supported for Windows GUI installations, though you may find some community made solutions are available on our forum.
Can you get in trouble for running a Tor node?

Law enforcement, however, often misunderstands how Tor works and has occasionally attributed illegal traffic on the network as originating from a Tor exit relay.
What is the minimum number of Tor nodes?
There are two special types of Tor nodes in any connection: entry nodes, and exit nodes. When a user selects their path through the Tor network, they select a minimum of three nodes.
Can police track Tor?
There is no way to track live, encrypted VPN traffic.
Using the Tor browser could be suspicious to your ISP and, therefore, to the police. However, you're not going to get in trouble just because it looks a bit suspicious.
Is Tor owned by the CIA?
In 2006, it was taken over by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit called the Tor Project. Since then, the Tor Project has been funded by Princeton University, the US State Department, Mozilla, the National Science Foundation, and DARPA, among others. But it is not, and never was, a CIA project, in whole or in part.
Does Tor exit node know your IP?
The exit node is the point in which your web traffic leaves the Tor network and is forwarded to your desired destination. The exit node is unable to see your IP address, but it does know what site it's connecting to.
Are Tor nodes monitored?
There are ways that law enforcement and other agencies can track down users on the TOR network, such as traffic analysis, exploiting vulnerabilities in the TOR software, monitoring exit nodes and using Honeypot nodes.
Can you run multiple servers from the same IP?
Answer: Yes. Two virtual servers on the same Application Switch or Web Switch can share the same virtual IP address as long as they are each configured with unique services or with different source networks. How do I run multiple servers on one IP?
There is no way to assign the same IP to multiple devices. Therefore, you'll either have to host everything on the same device or use a mechanism that helps you to distribute the packets to the corresponding servers. I think what you need to look into here are ports, NAT and reverse proxies.
