How do I set up Torrc?
The torrc is in the Tor Browser Data directory at ~/Library/Application Support/TorBrowser-Data/Tor . Note the Library folder is hidden on newer versions of macOS. To navigate to this folder in Finder, select "Go to Folder..." in the "Go" menu. Then type ~/Library/Application Support/ in the window and click Go.

The config file for Tor is /etc/tor/torrc . Tor is, by default in a secure mode. Adding a Hidden Service allows your machine to be communicated with regardless the network and its location. It is essential that we only forward ports we need, and have full authentication turned on for these services.
