1. Press Alt or F10 to bring up the Menu Bar. Then View > Toolbars > Bookmarks Toolbar.
2. Right-click on a blank spot on the toolbar and select Bookmarks Toolbar.
3. Right-click on a blank spot on the toolbar and select Customize Toolbar. Look for Show / Hide Toolbars or just Toolbars at the bottom left.

Press the Alt key to temporarily show the Menu bar. (If the Alt key doesn't work, press the AltGr key.) To always show the Menu bar: Right-click an empty area of the Tab bar at the top of the Firefox window and click Menu Bar.
