Can I see where my phone has been?

If you have an Android phone and the Find My Device app, you can log in to your Google account and use Google Maps to check your phone's location history.

Why is there no Google timeline?

You may have a faulty installation of Google Maps. Location History could be turned off on your device, or Google Maps may not have access to your location. There could be faulty code in your storage or cached files. There could be a bug in your device system.

How do I order searches by date?

Hit the Tools button under the search bar. You should see two dropdowns appear, labeled Recent and Sort by Relevance. Both of these search by date tools can help you narrow things down. The first limits your SERP to a limited period; you can select Past 24 hours to find sites updated within the last 24 hours.
