You can change how many items are available on your listing at any time. Find the listing in My eBay - opens in new window or tab or Seller Hub - opens in new window or tab, and either select Edit, then update the quantity.
Why can't I change the quantity on eBay?
eBay needs to fix the revise item interface. It is not possible to change the quantity of a listed item. You have to end the listing, then re-list it with the correct quantity.
Where is the quantity field on eBay?
If you are creating a listing for a product with variants, the quantity is set in the: edit product > Marketplace - eBay Product Listings tab > Add Variation Listing dialog box > Quantity field.
