1. Select Save . Or select File > Save As.
2. Select where you want to save the file. You can save to your computer, OneDrive, or another location. Save your files to OneDrive if you'd like to get to them anywhere - on your computer, tablet, or phone.
3. Enter a meaningful, descriptive file name.
4. Select Save.
