How do I use Immersed webcam?
Open the Immersed Agent BEFORE opening Chrome (assuming the Immersed Webcam was installed from before). Open up Google Chrome and join your Hangouts meeting. Go to your Video Settings in Hangouts and change the input camera to Immersed Webcam.
Is Immersed VR free?
Immersed says its main remote desktop tools on Quest 2 will be free “forever” including 3 virtual monitors for your PC or Mac, the ability to collaborate with up to four others, a virtual webcam, and more.
What VR supports Immersed?
What devices can run Immersed? Immersed is now available on the Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, HTC Vive Focus 3 and coming soon to PICO 4. We will release to other XR platforms in the future. PC, Mac, and Linux are supported for displaying screens in Immersed.
Is Immersed VR safe?
We will not record your screens nor push any screen content to our servers. All of your screen content is 256-bit encrypted end-to-end and only visible to you and the peers you allow (direct peer-to-peer screen-sharing) on the local networks for the devices you first give permission to.
