Is Google know my location?

On most Android devices, Google, as the network location provider, provides a location service called Google Location Services (GLS), known in Android 9 and above as Google Location Accuracy. This service aims to provide a more accurate device location and generally improve location accuracy.

Does Google know my name?

In addition to the list above, Google knows personal information like your name, gender, and birthday, because you've handed over all these personal details to Google as Personal Info in your Google account. Google also knows where you live and work, if you've saved either location in Google Maps.

How do I turn on my location on Google?

From the settings menu scroll down to the Accounts section and tap on Google. In the next menu tap on Location settings. On the final location access page swipe the Off button to On. This will allow all of Google's Android apps installed on your phone to access your GPS location.
