Does Netatmo need a hub?
No costly smart hub required
The Smart Outdoor Camera does not require a costly smart home hub. The camera connects wirelessly to the internet via Wi-Fi.
Can Netatmo work without Internet?
If you are cut off from the Internet, your connected products will still work locally, as well as battery powered products. However, you will not be able to control your installation via the Home + Control App or change the settings.
