Why is my Netatmo not working?
If the Netatmo app displays "Relay unavailable", the Relay may not be correctly plugged into the power supply or the internet connection may be unstable or down. In most cases, you can restore the connection by following a few simple steps: Unplug your Wi-Fi router from the power supply.
Can Netatmo work without internet?
If you are cut off from the Internet, your connected products will still work locally, as well as battery powered products. However, you will not be able to control your installation via the Home + Control App or change the settings.
