Description. The New-TlsSessionTicketKey cmdlet creates a password protected Transport Layer Security (TLS) Session Ticket key configuration file. TLS creates a session ticket by using the TLS Session Resumption without Server-Side State mechanism. This mechanism helps to improve the performance of TLS.
