Does OpenVPN allow multiple connections?

Yes, you can connect simultaneously to multiple OpenVPN servers using open-source-based Windows, macOS, or Linux clients. You can't on Android or iOS clients where the API only allows one connection.

If you are running 2 or more OpenVPN instances on the same machine, you will need a separate virtual TUN/TAP adapter and a separate port (using the port directive) for each instance.
