Why are my IP ports closed?
Simple answer = because you are not broadcasting any services from any ports from your IP address. It is not clear to me if you are checking your own public IP or the public IP of some other internet device, but in a home computer with a home router, it is unlikely that you are broadcasting ANY services.
What does it mean if my port is closed?
Answer. A closed port indicates that no application or service is not listening for connections on that port. A closed port can open up at any time if an application or service is started. A filter port indicates that a firewall, filter, or other network issue is blocking the port.
