How to update your GPU?

Right-click on the windows desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel. Navigate to the Help menu and select Updates. The second way is via the new NVIDIA logo in the windows system tray. Right-click on the logo and select Check for updates or Update preferences.

How do I find out what graphics card I have?

In your PC's Start menu, type "Device Manager," and press Enter to launch the Control Panel's Device Manager. Click the drop-down arrow next to Display adapters, and it should list your GPU right there. (In the screenshot below, you can see that I have a Radeon RX 580.)
