How do I upgrade to Ubuntu 22.10 command line?

To open up a terminal, press Ctrl + Alt + T on the keyboard or search for “Terminal” in the app menu and launch it. Once it is open, use the do-release-upgrade command. This command will start the upgrade from 22.04 to 22.10. Once the do-release-upgrade command is complete, reboot your computer a second time.
