Go to Windows Settings (Windows Key + I). Select Apps. Select App & Features. Scroll to find the Cloudflare WARP application and select Uninstall.

Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard Open external link and select your account and domain. Within Overview, choose Advanced Actions > Pause Cloudflare on Site.
